Black & White building

Pacegrade is completing work on the contract for the Black & White building. Situated in Shoreditch, this innovative and complex new office scheme will be the first timber office building built in London since 1666.

The highly-sustainable BREEAM project eliminates the use of concrete above the ground floor slab and is being built entirely from timber from renewable sources to the highest sustainability standards.
