Situated on Bristol’s waterfront, North Quay House has been transformed into a modern, sustainable workplace as part of Legal & General’s wider Neighbourhood redevelopment. With a strong focus on sustainability and wellbeing, the redevelopment reduces both embodied and operational carbon, integrates renewable energy technologies, and embraces circular economy principles.

Pacegrade stepped in to deliver the façades for this prestigious regional head office. Our scope included the design, manufacture, and installation of high-performance façades that not only define the building’s contemporary new identity but also align with its sustainability ambitions.

Through precision engineering and careful detailing, Pacegrade ensured the façades complemented the building’s architectural vision while supporting energy efficiency and carbon reduction goals. This work was critical in realising the transformation of North Quay House into a landmark office destination for Bristol.
